Al Smith, 94, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel with entombment to follow at Live Oak Memorial Park under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the Chapel.

Al's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife, Thanom Smith; daughters, Hazel Smith, Lucy Smith Oakley, Diane August, and Myra August; sons, Kenneth Ray Smith, McKinnley "Mack" August, III, and James Wilson; 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; niece, Louise Barlow Hatchet; and a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
