Alberta Gantt Harmon, 83, passed away on Saturday, August 4, 2012.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Pleasant Green Baptist Church, with interment at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mervine Gantt and Rejoisy Harmon; daughter, Mable Harmon; sister, Rosa Lee Harmon-Romero; and brothers, Joseph Harmon and Jack Harmon.
Alberta's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, Leon Harmon and Clarence "Bubby" Harmon, Jr.; daughter, Deborah Harmon; sisters, Shirley Mae Harmon, JoAnna Harmon, and Freida Grace Harmon; 5 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
