Alfred Nickson, Jr., 84, of Beaumont, TX, passed away on Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at his home.
Alfred was born on September 17, 1932, in Branch, LA to Adline Minix Nickson and Alfred Nickson, Sr. He served in the United States Army and retired from the DuPont Plant in Nederland.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and caring wife of 22 years, Gracie Nickson; daughter, Linda Marie Milson (Mose); granddaughter, Terrie Lynn Butler (Kevin); and 2 great grandchildren, D'Andre and Tierra.
He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 5 sisters.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., at Pleasant Green Baptist Church, on Friday, December 23, 2016 with a visitation from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the church. Burial will be held at Houston National Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
