Rev. Anthony L. West, Sr., 66, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Friday, July 12, 2013.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, July 20, 2013, at Mount Gilead Baptist Church, with interment at Houston National Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held on Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelma Phillips and Joe West and daughter, Dana West.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife of 45 years, Carolyn West; son, Anthony West, Jr.; daughter, Alicia Tutt (Lionel); brother, Joe West II; six grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, and church family of Westwood Baptist Church, where he faithfully served as pastor for 28 years.
