Bessie Hayes Dismuke, 81, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Friday, April 4, 2025.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel with interment to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Chapel.

Bessie's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughter, Matilda Sanders (Elliot); sons, Kenneth Taylor (Stefanie), Stephen Taylor, Walter Booker, and Terry Booker; sister, Margaret Zenn; brother, Walter Hayes, Jr.; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
