Betty Joyce Jenkins Austin, 76, of Houston, TX, went from labor to reward, on Tuesday, September 11, 2012.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 21, 2012, at Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, with interment at Magnolia Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
Betty's love and memories will forever remain in the hearts of her sons, Milton J. Vital and Steven C. Scott; daughters, Monique Wilmore and Joyce Laray Small; sister, Timmi Lee Sam; brothers, Norman L. Joseph and Valmore Joseph; 4 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
