Billy Ray Franklin, Jr., 59, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, August 24, 2014.
Funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon, on Saturday, August 30, 2014, at Ebenezer Baptist Church, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon, at the church.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his mother, Barbara Frazier; son, Joseph Michael; daughter, Yolanda Goodlowe; sister, Gale Durden (Marvin); brother, Nathan Frazier (Jerilyn); several grandchildren; nieces, nephews, step brothers, stepsisters, loved ones, and friends.
