Charles Edward Savoy, 72 , of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Thursday, April 6, 2023.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, April 13, 2023, at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Charles's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sisters, Beverly Reese, Erma Billups, Janice Billups, Etta Billups, and Deborah Wilson (Reginald); brother, Joseph Billups (Cathy); and a host of other relatives, and friends.
