Chester L.P. Beckett, "Sonny Boy", 82, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Thursday, August 13, 2015.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the church. Burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sons, Chester Beckett, Jr.; Darryl Beckett, and Marlon Beckett; daughters, Vanessa Hopper (Joseph) and Stephanie Williams (Reynaldo); sister, Mary Ruth Davis; brother, Alton Boatner; 26 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
