Cordy Simmons, 49, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Wednesday, October 26, 2016.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 A.M., at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, on Saturday, November 12, 2016.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her son, Michael Ray Simmons, Sr., sisters, Odelia Jones, Alice Jackson, Diann Green, Jessie Mae Simmons, and Geno Simmons; brothers, Donald R. Lewis, Colbert Ray Simmons, Andrew Simmons, and Tyrone Simmons; 1 grandchild, nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
