It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Curtis "Moonie" Bias , 67, of Beaumont, Texas peacefully departed this life on Thursday, June 27, 2024.

A viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Calvary Mortuary Chapel under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Curtis' love and memories will remain in the hearts of his daughter, Latashja Bias West (Derrick); mother, Ella Mae Bailey (Henderson); sisters, Patricia Walthour and Tatia Bias; brothers, Lester "Poochie" Bias, Jr. (Tina), Jackie Ray Bailey, Derrick Bias, and Darrell Bias; grandchildren, Dillon Wilson, Jasmine Cloud, Jared Bias, John Cloud, III, and Michael Corbin, Jr.; a host of great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
