David Harper, 84, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Monday, June 26, 2017.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., at Emmanuel Baptist Church, on Saturday, July 1, 2017. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M., at the church, with burial at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

His leaves cherished memories with his wife of 56 years, Dora Harper; son, David Charles Harper; daughter, Brenda K. LeBlanc; sister, Estella Woodard (Raleigh); brothers, Donaldson Harper (Katherine) and S.A. Harper; one grandson, David Chatman Harper; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
