Derrick Lee Pete, Sr., 61, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life on Wednesday September 9, 2020.

Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 10:00 AM at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with interment to follow at Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 18, 2020 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Calvary Mortuary Chapel.

Derrick's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his loving wife of 30 years, Rose Pete; sons, Derrick Pete, Jr. and Charles Davis (Tracy); daughters, Neha Pete Beckett, Chandra Powell (Rodney), and Vonetta Miles; sister, Angela Senigal; brother, David Pete (Judy); 11 grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
