It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Diane Marie (Harmon) Ned, 71, on Sunday, June 28, 2026. She passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Greater Good Hope Baptist Church under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Church.

Diane's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, Kenneth Harmon and Keith Harmon; sisters, Mary Ned-Brown (John), Candy Jenkins (James), Annie Bell Devault, Shirley Kennedy, Bertha Ned-Taylor (Curtis), Linda Ned-Brookins (Harry), Elizabeth Ned, Dorothy M. Johnson, Leola Cotton, Brenda Mims, Sylvia Maple (George), Beatrice Brown, Charlene Thibodeaux, and Annie Mae Ned-Martin; brothers, Ivory Ned (Michelle), Laywood Molette, Haywood Molette, Muhammad Abdullah (Gwendolyn), Prince A. Jones, Andrew "Bro" Ned, Joseph F. Ned, Paul Comeaux, and Charles Mollette; grandchildren, Kelcey Harmon, Kerra Harmon, and Teegan Stinson; goddaughter, Ebony Jenkins (Andre); and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
