Douglas O'Neal Smith, 64, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Wednesday, October 21, 2015.
A Funeral Service and time for memory will be celebrated at 6:00 P.M., on Friday, October 30, 2015, at Calvary Mortuary Chapel, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
His love and memory will remain in the hearts of his wife, Barbara Smith; son, Stewart Cormier; daughters, DeShawn Smith and Natasha Smith (Glenn); sisters, Christine Smith Wood and Zelma Smith White; brother, Larry Smith; 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
