Dusty S. Licon, 42, of Liberty, Texas departed this life on Wednesday, December 4, 2024.
A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
Dusty's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his daughters, Lanie Derosa, and Lakyn Derosa; parents, Juan D. Licon (Maria A. Licon), and Paula K. Rakestraw (Keith); sisters, Megan Licon, and River L. Licon; grandparents, Maria S. Licon, and Seferino S. Licon; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
