Edward Damon, Sr., 88, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, October 8, 2017.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 A.M., at Rising Sun Baptist Church, 4255 Pine St., on Saturday, October 14, 2017. Visitation will begin at 8:00 A.M. at the church and burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Damon.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his children; Edward Damon, Jr. (Ella), John Damond (Christina), Linda Semien; Harold Damond (Janice), Richard Damond (Millie), Rickey Damond (Twyla), and Michael Freeman; 21 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Repast will follow at St. Pius X Catholic Church, 5075 Bigner Rd, Beaumont, TX 77708.
