Eugene "Gene" Griffin, Sr., 70, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 12:00 P.M. at Gospel of Jesus Christ Church with interment at Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 12:00 P.M. on Saturday at the Church.

Eugene's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife, Debra K. Griffin; sons, Brandon Griffin, Christopher Griffin (Larana), and Regenald Griffin (Eska); daughters, Erin Griffin (Michael), Michelle Poalson (Aubrey), and Lisa Mitchell (Eliska); sister, Eula Mae Brantley (Clinton); brothers, Lawrence Frank, Frankie Lee Frank (Margie), and Roy Johnson (Mildida); six grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
