George (Brad) Bradford Jr., age 39, was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 7th. Brad was born on August 25, 1975 in Elyria, Ohio to George and LaJoyce Bradford. He gave his life to Christ and committed to following Jesus early in life. He was a 1994 graduate of Westbrook High School and he continued his education at Alcorn State University in Lorman, Mississippi; the same Alma Mater of his maternal grandparents, Willie and Juanita Martin; his parents George and LaJoyce Bradford; as well as uncles, aunts, and cousins. Brad worked as a Direct Care Staff Team Leader at Boys Haven of America where he touched many lives in a positive way. His life was an extremely special one. He had a gift for writing poetry and singing. He seemed to positively impact everyone he would meet. He is survived by his father and mother, George and LaJoyce Bradford; sister, Danielle (Luke) Ballard; brother, Mike (Kendra) Bradford; nephew and niece, Xavier and Noella Bradford; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Cathedral of Faith Baptist Church.
