Gwendolyn Ada McDaniels, 69 , of Houston, Texas, moved on from this Earthly Life to her Heavenly Life on Thursday, December 23, 2021. With sadness in our hearts, we find solace in knowing that she is in a better place.

Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 6, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel with interment to follow at Anthony Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

A Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Thursday at the Chapel.

Gwendolyn's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her husband, Dee Autry Mcdaniels; sister, Zenobia Bernadette Nelson; stepbrother, Harold Nelson; aunt, Rosa Aplon (Vernon); uncle, Anthony Eaglan; nephews, Everett Ricky Nelson, Ronald Nelson, and Reginald Nelson; nieces, Angela Archon, and Cheryl Moorman; great-niece/goddaughter, Evony Nelson; great-nephew/godson, Everett (Doc) Ricky Nelson; godchildren, Trashen Pryor, Kenton McDaniel, and Brenton McDaniel; best friend of 40 years, Bernadine McDaniel; cousins, Veronica Hadnot (Derrick), Vanessa Letson (George), Valencia Aplon, John Curtis, Troy Jason, and Jeffery Eaglan (Asha); expectant arrival of great-great nephew, Carter Nelson;  and a host of other relatives, and friends.
