It is with profound sadness that we share the loss of Hilder Scott Williams , 83, of Beaumont, Texas, who passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

A celebration of Hilder's life will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 22, 2026, at Mt. Gilead Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens, with arrangements entrusted to the compassionate care of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation at the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, offering an opportunity to share memories and offer condolences.

Hilder's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughters, Rosie Buckley, Pamela Scott, Kim Hardy (Paul, Jr.); her son, Alfred Edwards; and her 11 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family members and dear friends whose lives she touched.
