Hillary "Pappy" Dale Poullard, I, 84, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Chapel.

Hillary's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his daughter, Karen Poullard (Joe); son, Hillary Dale Poullard, II (Patricia); brothers, Audrey "Billy" Poullard (Joyce), and Regis Poullard (Bonnie); grandchildren, Hillary Dale Poullard, III (Amanda), Amy Landry, Dustin Poullard, and Josiah Poullard; great-grandchildren, Maddilyn Poullard, Hillary Dale Poullard, IV, and Marjorie Poullard; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
