Irving Famous LaPoint, 75, of New Orleans, LA formerly of Beaumont, TX departed this life Tuesday, July 2, 2019.

A time of remembrance will be Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at Calvary Mortuary Chapel at 10:00A.M. under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Irving's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife, Deidre LaPoint; son, Irving Nelson LaPoint; daughter, Ava Batiste (Norris) and Dr. Dion LaPoint -Owen (Dr. Ray); sister, Sandra F. LaPoint-Bailey; four grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.
