Jacqueline Yvonne Washington Bernard, 61, of Cheek, TX, departed this life on Thursday, February 19, 2015.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, February 28, 2015, at New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church, 9327 Lawhon Rd, with interment at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the church.
