James Russell Benoit, Sr., 92, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, July 30, 2017.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., at Calvary Mortuary Chapel, on Saturday, August 5, 2017. Visitation will begin at 9:00 A.M., at the chapel with burial at Sacred Heart Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Benoit; son, Anthony Benoit; both of his parents, Delezire and Ophelia Benoit; brothers, Joseph Benoit, Caffery Benoit, and Percey Benoit; and one sister, Eunice Provost.
His love and memories will remain in the heart of his daughters, Ruth Batiste and Anna Bell Gerard; sons, Robert Wayne Benoit, Sr., James Benoit, Jr., and Joseph Malveaux; sister, Ludy Williams, companion, Bebeanna Pete; host of grand-children, great grand-children, 1 great-great grandchild, nieces, nephews, other relatives, loved ones, and friends.
