James Lewis, Jr., 72, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.

The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel with interment at Houston National Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Chapel.

James's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his daughter, Latoya Lewis; sons, James Lewis, III, and Quarde Alfred; sisters, Yvonne Murray, Juanita Nelson, Janice Green, and Nell Walker (Don); three grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
