James E. Scroggins, Sr., 64, of Missouri City, TX, departed this life on Monday, January 28, 2019.

Funeral service will be held at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. Visitaiton will begin at 11:00 A.M. with burial at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

His love and memories will remain in the heart of his wife, Sharon Scroggins; sons, James Scroggins, Jr., Jonathan Elliott Gibbs-Scroggins, and Jared Prince Ellington Scroggins; other family members and friends.
