Jennie Mae Chavis, 87, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Friday, May 28, 2021.

Mass of Christian Burial will be on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with interment to follow at Pear Orchid Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Rosary will be at 9:30 AM.

Visitation will be on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 8:00 AM to 9:15 AM at the church.

Jennie's love and memory will remain in the hearts of her sons, Camber David, Jr., and Paul David; daughters, Teresa David, Susan White and Aneva David; sisters, Geneva Roberts, Aneva Edwards and Mary Ann Hall; brothers, Paul Chavis and Elroy Chavis; 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, six great-great grandchild and a host of other family and friends.
