Jesse John Citizen, Sr., 87 , of Beaumont, Texas, moved on from this Earthly Life to his Heavenly Life on Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with interment to follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. Saturday at the Church.

Rosary will begin at 9:15 A.M.

A Viewing will be held from 6:30 P.M. until 8:30 P.M. on Friday, July 8, 2022, at Calvary Mortuary Chapel under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Jesse's memories will be cherished by his loving and devoted wife of 45 years Rosie L. Citizen; children, Jesse Citizen, Jr. (Marilyn), Bonnie Mathews (Danny), Billy Citizen (Sharon), James Citizen, Sr., Geraldine Thomas (Chris), Terry Citizen, Louelva Garner (Freddie), Kenrick Marks, Sr., (Marlina), Troy Scott (Hester), Pamela Thomas (Kenneth), and Stacey Scott (Bruce);  siblings, Rosetta Simon, Anna Patterson, Charlotte Smith (Glenn), Quincy Citizen (Kathy), Florine Abbs (Michael), Juanita Carreon (Saul), Imona Kim (James), Dianna Pennamon (Dewayne), Gladys Citizen, and Kenneth Forem; 25 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great granddaughter; and host of other relatives and friends.
