Jewel Marie King, 74, of Beaumont, TX, passed on Friday, May 10, 2013.
A Funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Saturday, May 18, 2013, at East Mount Olive Baptist Church, 1197 Corley Street, Beaumont, TX, with interment at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held on Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., at the church.
A Wake service will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, May 17, 2013, at Calvary Mortuary Chapel.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Vada Mae Taylor; father, Aaron Hicks; and brother, Wilbur Taylor.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, Wilbert Jessie King, Sr. (Mary), Clayton Wayne King (Janee') and Aaron King; daughter, Michelle King - Thompson (Mr. Lee A. Thompson); sisters, Lois Marie Hadnot (Rufus) and Annie Pearl Taylor; brothers, Henry Hicks and Clarence Taylor (Louisa); 4 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
