Jimmie Moore, Sr., 92, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, July 6, 2014.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Sunlight Baptist Church, with entombment at Magnolia Mausoleum, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
He served during World War II and was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife of sixty-eight years, Laura Moore; son, Jimmie Moore, Jr. (Darrizett); daughters, Barbara J. Berry and Carolyn A. Durley (Henry); sister, Ameila Broussard; brothers, Steve (Rhoda), Tillman, Walter, and Carl; 5 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends.
