JoAnn Victoria, 66, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life Wednesday, September 4, 2019.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Calvary Mortuary Chapel at 1:00 P.M. under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Joann's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughter, Barbara Banks; son, Clifton Banks III; brother, Walter Victoria (Willa Mae); sister, Mary Victoria; a host of other relatives, and friends.
