Joe 'Sonny' Fields, Jr., 79, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Saturday, May 17, 2014.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 24, 2014, at West Tabernacle Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., at the church.
His love and memories will remain in the hearts of his wife of sixty years, Bobbie Jean Fields; son, Wayne E. Moore; daughters, Gwendolyn LaBlue, Brenda L. Young, Luvinia L. Roberts, and Regina LaBlue, who he reared like his own; siblings; Barbara Davis (Alton) of Tulsa, OK, Janice Kyles of Beaumont, TX, Jenny V. McHenry of Huntsville, AL, Albert Fields (Linda) of Beaumont, TX, Thelma Alexander (Philip) of Beaumont, TX, Betty Faye Moore, of Beaumont, TX, Ruth Merrick of Beaumont, TX, Mildred Kyles of Baton Rouge, LA; Brenda Joyce Frank (Roosevelt) of Beaumont, TX, and John Allen Fields of Beaumont, TX; six grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, loved ones and friends.
