John R. Miller, Sr., 66, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Saturday, October 21, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. at Rock Island Baptist Church with interment to follow at Live Oak Memorial Park under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday at the Church.

John's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sons, John R. Miller, Jr. (Kelly), Stephen D. Miller, Sr., and Shea A. Miller; bonus children, Sharon J. Weber (John), Demetria A. Parker (Robert), Edward Leday, Jr., Dekishia S. Brown (Dewey), Tossha Gooden (Lionell), Tameka Gage, and Shon Gage; sisters, Evelyn Miller (Joe), Arlene G. Leblanc (Robert), Sharon Charles, and Faydria Y. Miller; brothers, Karl W. Miller, Sr. (Patricia), Kent B. Miller (Amelia), and Oscar B. Miller (Jeritza); 11 grandchildren; and a host of bonus grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
