Joseph Whitney Boutte, Sr., 86, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life on Sunday, January 5, 2025.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. at Our Mother of Mercy Catholic Church with interment to follow at Live Oak Memorial Park under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 8:00 A.M. until 9:15 A.M. on Thursday at the Church.

The Rosary will begin at 9:15 A.M.

Joseph is preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Earnestine Boutte, his parents, and grandson, Johnathan Boutte.

Joseph's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his children, Joseph W. Boutte, Jr. (Sharon), Gregory Boutte (Kay Kay), Cynthia Thibodeaux (Michael), and Darrell Boutte (Dykie); grandchildren, Joseph W. Boutte, III, Marquita Boutte, Courtney Thibodeaux, Anthony Boutte, Parys Boutte, Tayla Thibodeaux, and Matthew Boutte; seven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
