Joseph "Pie" Edwards, 78, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life Sunday, December 22, 2019.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church of Jesus Christ with interment to follow at Live Oak Memorial Park under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the church.

Joseph's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sons, Jeffery Edwards and Gerald Hightower (Faye); daughter, Rochunda Hightower; sister in law, Glenda Edwards; niece, Crystal Edwards; nephew, Robert Edwards (Dion); seven grandchildren, Eri'Chunda Neal (Adrian), K'Drianna Wooldridge, Ju'Dah Orobiyi, Ericka Hightower, Timothy Hightower, Donald Bell, and Anthony Bell; a host of great- nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
