Laura Annie Bell Fontenot, 91, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Tuesday, December 23, 2025.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Grace Temple Ministries with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Church.

Laura was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Redell Fontenot, daughter, Barbara Fontenot, son, Roy Fontenot, grandchildren, Darius Griffin, Joseph Carry, Bruce Green, Jr., and Kevin Fontenot.

Laura's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughters, Peggy Green (Bruce), Pauline Dearman, Laura Fontenot-Blueford (Emmanuel), Delores Fontenot, and Mirties Fontenot; sons, Raymond Fontenot (Velma), and Tony Fontenot (Barbara); sister, Jennie Simon; brother, Mervin Guillory; daughter-in-law, Rosa Fontenot; 41 grandchildren; 103 great-grandchildren; 39 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-great-grandchild; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
