Lavern Washington, Jr., 33, of Lake Jackson, TX, formally of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, September 27, 2015.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at House of Prayer Missionary Baptist Church, with burial at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the church.
