Mrs. Leaster "Black" Walker, age 77, of Beaumont passed away on June 20, 2014 at home.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church, 1165 Interstate 10 East, at 10:00 A.M. and a visitation from 9:00 - 10:00 A.M. Burial will be held at Magnolia Cemetery.
Those left to cherish the fond memorial of Black is her daughter, Shirley Flanagan (John) of Beaumont; five sons, Preston Walker, Jr., Lionel Walker, Sr. (Cynthia), Donald Walker (Nell), and Derek Walker (Missie) all of Beaumont, and Michael Walker, Sr. (Petra) of Munich, Germany. She also left behind fifteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston, four brothers, one sister, a daughter, and a son.
