Linda Joyce Smith Charles, 80, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life on Friday, February 23, 2024.

The Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Greater Love Zion C.O.G.I.C. under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Linda's love and cherished memories will remain in the hearts of her children, Johnny P. Parker, Jr., Sherry K. Gauthier (Michael B. Gauthier, Sr.), and Lucien J. Lavardain, Jr.; siblings, Beverly A. Martin, Wesley J. Smith, Donna J. Curry, Dr. Carolyn L. Sterling (Rev. Paul Sterling), Jacqueline S. Graham (Pastor Floyd Graham), and Pastor Gerald L. Smith, Sr. (Patrice); grandchildren, Nicole Parker-Lehr (Steven), Michael B. Gauthier, Jr., and Jene' S. Parker; great-grandchildren, Michael B. Gauthier, III, and Kamora K. Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
