With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Maribel E. Arline Daugherty , aged 76, of Beaumont, Texas. Surrounded by loved ones, Maribel passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. The family deeply appreciates your thoughts, prayers, and support during this difficult time.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Gospel Center Church, with interment to follow at Greenlawn Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Maribel's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughters, Erica Daugherty and Da'Mya Daugherty; son, Xavier Daugherty, Jr.; stepson, Adam Dixon; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of other relatives and friends.
