Maud Ellen Lewis McElroy, 78, of Sour Lake, TX departed this life on Saturday, June 20, 2015.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 27, 2015, at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, with interment at Sacred Heart Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the church in the chapel.
She will forever remain in the hearts of her sons, Wallace Lewis, Leeland McElroy, Carl McElroy, Lee McElroy, Jr., Reginald McElroy and Lawrence McElroy; daughters, Meritta Farr Simmons, Marie McElroy Brooks, Ellen Lewis Flemings, Mechelle Lewis Reed, Kimberly Dixon and Marsha McElroy; 21 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
