Mercedes Manuel Edwards, 66, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Thursday, September 1, 2016.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 A.M., at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 1175 Lincoln, on Saturday, September 10, 2016. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., at the church. Burial will follow at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.
Her love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, David Manuel (LeEster), Joseph Manuel (Falonda), Edward Manuel, Daniel Manuel (Ferlenzia), Michael Manuel (Keisha), and Johnathon Manuel (Krystal); daughter, Oragail McCoy (Shondre'); mother, Hilda Manuel; sister, Brenda Frank (Nelson, Sr.); brother, Eddie Manuel, Jr. (LaKeya); 37 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, loved ones, and friends.
