Morgan James Lavergne, 75, of Cheek, Texas departed this life Saturday, July 11, 2020.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, July 18, 2020 at St. Martin de Porres Mission Catholic Church located at 7467 Boyt Road Beaumont, Texas 77713 with interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Oberlin, Louisiana under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Rosary will begin at 9:00 AM

A visitation will be held from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM Friday, July 17, 2020 at Calvary Mortuary Chapel.

Morgan's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his loving wife, Lacey Rose Lavergne; sons, Ruffus Lavergne (Elena), Paul Lavergne, and Patrick Lavergne (Teresa); daughter, Tomica Lavergne; sister, Ethel Esprit (Mirley); 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; host of other relatives and friends.
