Myrtle Jean Sweats Walton, 87, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Sunday, January 11, 2026.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Calvary Mortuary Chapel under the direction of Calvary Mortuary staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 10:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Chapel.

Myrtle's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her daughter, Dwana Sebile; sister, Lavera Williams; 12 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
