Mrs. Rose Sturdevant, 104, of Beaumont, TX, was called to receive her reward on Monday, July 7, 2014.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 780 Porter St., with interment at Anthony Cemetery, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., at the church. A Rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Sturdevant; parents, Edward and Regina Broussard; and eleven siblings.
Precious memories are left to nephews, Paul A. Brown (Emma), Joseph Boutte, and Gus Redo, Jr., all of Beaumont, TX; Alfred Boutte of Fresno, CA; nieces, Maudry Davis of Fresno, CA; Mary Weaver (Charles) of Bmt., TX, Mary Jane Lamar of Henderson, Las Vegas, and Mildred Perrin of New Orleans, LA; very special friends, Mary Joseph, Brenda Levine, relatives, and loved ones.
