Russell Junius January, 70, of Orange, Texas, departed this life on Tuesday, December 26, 2023.

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Starlight Church of God in Christ with interment to follow at Magnolia Memorial Gardens & Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Church.

Russell's love and memories will remain in the hearts of his sons, Terrance L. Pitre, and Russell Wayne January; daughter, Reshondria Winn; sisters, Ora Greer, Hattie Mae Goodwin (Robert), Inez Harris, and Natalie Woods; brothers, Phillip January (Cheryl), and Anthony January; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives, and friends.
