Shunda Aleta Spencer, 44, of Beaumont, Texas, departed this life on Wednesday, April 17, 2024.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. at Lacy's Temple Church of God in Christ with interment to follow at Magnolia Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff.

Visitation will be held from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. on Saturday at the Church.

Shunda's love and memories will remain in the hearts of her sons, Darius Richard, Darren Artis, Jeromy Cade, Jr., and Michael Cade; parents, Michael J. Spencer (Linda), and Sandra A. Battles (Phillip, Sr.); sisters, Shelly A. Battles, Ashley Briggs (Mark), and Shonte Cooley (Rodney); brothers, Phillip Battles, Jr., Harry Jackson, Jr. (Nina), and Kenyon T. Jackson (Jacqueline); fiancé, Jeromy Cade, Sr.; and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
