Velma Agnes Phillips, 96, of Beaumont, TX, departed this life on Sunday, January 7, 2018.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of The Assumption Catholic Church on Friday, January 19, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. with burial at Live Oak Memorial Park, under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held from 9:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M.
A wake service will be held at Calvary Mortuary Chapel from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, January 18, 2018.
Her love and memories will remain in the heart of her sons, Daniel Phillips and Dudley Phillips, Jr. both of Beaumont, TX; daughter, Marcella Tims (Frank) of Orange, TX; sister, Theresa Ferguson of Orange, TX; brother, Herb Orebo of Severance, CO; seven grandchildren, Bryon Phillips of Killeen, TX, Romona Taylor (Richard) of Dallas, TX, Charles Jones, Jr. (Christina) of Las Cruces, NM, Gregory Phillips (Yasira) and Zedrick Phillips both of Orange, TX, Quindarren Davis of Beaumont, TX, and Alecia Phillips of Houston, TX; eight great grandchildren, Jordan, Alania, and Brianna all of Orange, TX, Lily, CeCe, and Maya all of Las Cruces, NM, and Alani and Quindarren, Jr. of Beaumont, TX; special friend, Miss Debra Brown of Beaumont, TX; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
